The Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation (MIIC) acting as the government entity in charge of bridging the financing gap
For Government Development Projects through Official Development Assistance (ODA), has a Grant from the MENA Transition Fund with technical implementation
By the African Development Bank to support the Ministry in strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ministry in aid coordination/Management
Of Official Development Assistance (ODA) & resources mobilization to contribute to the socio-economic welfare of the country and the government.
Part of the proceeds of this grant will be directed to improve and enhance the ODA information Management System for the Ministry
The services included under this assignment should cover but are not limited to the following:
(A) Ensure the ODA information Management requirements, concerns and uses are adequately addressed in the information management policy
(B) Develop and inaugurate an institutional digital transformation plan to ensure that all sectors, departments and units Within the Ministry use and share digital information systems
(C) Developing, Testing and Implementing the ODA Information Management System, preparing its user manual, conducting training for potential users and providing maintenance support
The Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation (MIIC) now invited eligible Consultants to express their interest in providing the above mentioned services, Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignment, Experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc…)
Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Consultants should possess a team
That at the minimum has the following key professional staff:
– Extensive experience in the development of organizational program software
– Professional and technical consultancies in the field of Information Management with a good understanding of systems for capturing and disseminating ODA data
– Experience in setting up information systems in complex institutions
Eligible criteria (restricted to Member Countries of the African Development Bank Only), establishment of the short-list and selection procedure
Shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the Use of Consultants May 2008 Edition Revised July 2012”
